The honest fine print.

Nobody reads these pages for fun (and the ones written by lawyers, for lawyers, are usually unreadable on purpose). So here it is in plain language, with the formal version underneath. The short of it: The Hümmo Method is a self-application practice for relief and wellbeing. It is not medical care, it does not treat or cure anything, and it does not replace the people who do that work. Read on for the rest.

Not medical advice. Not a substitute for care.

The Hümmo Method, the book Energy Healing for the Rest of Us, the Self-Application Training, and everything on this site are offered for general educational and self-development purposes. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment; and nothing here is meant to replace the care of a licensed physician, therapist, or other qualified professional.

If you have a medical or mental-health condition (or think you might), talk to a professional. Keep taking what you have been prescribed; keep the appointments you have booked. Hümmo is something you can do alongside proper care. It is not a reason to stop it. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or practised here.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number now. Not us.

No cure claims. No treatment claims.

This matters enough to say on its own. The Hümmo Method does not claim to cure, treat, heal, or prevent any disease, illness, or condition (physical, mental, emotional, or otherwise). The word “healing” in “self-healing” and in the book’s title describes a felt practice of relief and self-regulation; it is not a medical claim, and it should not be read as one.

What we describe are the experiences people report: a sense of relief, of release, of contraction easing into something more open. People report those things often, and that is exactly how we will always put it (“people report”), because the mechanism isn’t fully mapped and individual results vary. Your experience is your own. We can’t promise you’ll get a particular outcome, and we don’t.

Results vary (genuinely).

Any accounts of relief, breakthroughs, or change (whether in the book, on this site, in the training, or in a testimonial) are individual experiences. They are not a promise, a guarantee, or a typical result. Self-application work depends on the person doing it: your starting point, your consistency, what else is going on in your life. Some people feel a shift quickly; some take longer; some find it isn’t for them. All of that is normal.

Your practice, your responsibility.

The Hümmo Method is self-applied; you run it on yourself, at your own pace, using your own judgement. By using the book, this site, or the training, you take responsibility for how you apply the material and for your own wellbeing while you do. If a practice ever feels wrong for you, stop, and (where it’s warranted) check in with a professional.
