Hümmo is a modeling project, built the way you'd build any NLP model: by watching what a skilled practitioner actually did, stripping out everything that wasn't load-bearing, and keeping the sequence that worked whether or not the client believed in it. The expert in this case was an energy healer named Denis. The model holds up the same way any good model does.

Twenty-five years of modeling work has the same starting discipline every time: watch the behaviour, not the explanation. Denis described his own work in language that didn't transfer. What he did with his hands, his attention, and his sequencing did transfer, once it was separated from the story he told about it.
Hümmo is that separated structure. Four components, run in a fixed order, built around what we call the proxy principle — the mechanism that lets the method work on a stand-in for the thing being addressed, not just the thing directly.
It's an NLP model with a healing application, not a healing philosophy with NLP language bolted on.
