The Hümmo Method works through what we call Hümmodalities — the body’s own felt-sense instruments. Contraction and expansion. Quality and location. Movement and stillness. These are measurable, observable, repeatable.
What most healers do intuitively, Hümmo makes explicit. Not to reduce the mystery — but to make it transferable. When you can name the mechanism, you can explain the practice. When you can explain the practice, you can scale what you do.
