Founding Cohort · Four Saturdays · Starts September 26

You don't have to feel energy to do this.

That's not a softening. It's the whole point. The Hümmo Method is a physical sequence you can run whether or not you believe a word of it; it either does something in your body or it doesn't. Relief before belief.

Twenty places. Enrolment closes Friday, September 18.

Twenty people. Four Saturdays. Taught live, by me, on Zoom.

This is the first time the self-application training has been taught to anyone. The curriculum is written (eleven modules, forty-nine lessons) and the recordings that become the self-study course get made in these four sessions. So you are not buying a finished product; you are in the room while it gets made. That is the trade, and it is why it is $297 instead of $497.

You leave able to run the full sequence on yourself. Without me, without a practitioner, and without having to believe anything in particular first.

The four Saturdays

10am to 1pm Eastern each Saturday, on Zoom, with a break in the middle. Recordings if you miss one.

Session 1 · September 26 · The ground

Light, the Column and the Base, and the thirty opening breaths done at the right rate. Most people get the rate wrong on the first pass and it changes what happens. Your baseline gets recorded this day.

Session 2 · October 3 · Stoking the furnace

The inhale and exhale cycle, and the bandhas taught rather than named. This is the piece the book does not give you.

Session 3 · October 10 · The Full Round

All four stages, run start to finish, with the stop rules where they belong rather than three thousand lines earlier.

Session 4 · October 17 · Your own practice

Morning, midday and evening. What to do when it does not work, when to stop, and when to refer.

Between sessions you practise and you tell me what happened. That second part is not optional, and I will come back to it.

What a place includes

Four live sessions with the recordings, so a missed Saturday is not a lost one.

Lifetime access to the self-study course when it launches on November 10, at no extra cost. It will be $297 on its own that week, and $497 after.

The guided audio: the full sequence, the morning practice, the evening practice.

Direct access to me for the four weeks. Twenty is small enough that I can actually answer.

The catch, stated plainly

Everyone in this cohort agrees to be documented.

Not identified; documented. Where you are starting from at Session 1, where you are at Week 4, where you are at ninety days. What worked, what did not, what you gave up on. Anonymised unless you tell me otherwise, and you can withdraw at any point.

I am asking because the book has a hole in it and I would rather say so than paper over it. The extraordinary results in it belong to Denis, and Denis's ability does not transfer; the book says so itself. What Hümmo has in print under its own name is thin. Twenty people documented honestly over ninety days changes that. Including the ones where nothing happens, which is exactly why the failures get written down too.

Before you enrol. Read this part.

The breath work involves retention, and retention is not neutral. Do not take a place if you are pregnant, or if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, glaucoma, a history of fainting, or recent surgery. Never practise in or near water, and never while driving. (The book suggests practising on the commute. That was wrong, and this training corrects it.)

The method gets used with trauma, and the worked example in the book is childhood abuse. If you are in active treatment for anything, bring your clinician in before you start rather than after. This is a self-application training. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for care you are already receiving.

Twenty places

When they are gone, this page comes down. The next time this material runs it is the self-study course at $497, with nobody live in the room.

Enrolment closes Friday, September 18.

Who is teaching it

Hugh Comerford. NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, twenty-five years in, roughly 250 practitioners certified, and the only Canadian in the NLP Leadership Forum.

I spent over twenty-five years modelling Denis, who could do something I could not explain and did not believe in. The Hümmo Method is what came out of that: the part that transfers. The book is out as of August 2026, and Richard M. Gray, PhD, wrote the foreword.
